Strategy has to become a build plan
Product strategy is only useful when it changes what ships. GCG translates market context, customer jobs, interface choices, data requirements, and engineering constraints into a sequence of decisions a team can execute.
The deliverable
The output is a practical operating document: positioning, product principles, user journeys, system boundaries, release sequence, acceptance criteria, and proof metrics. It can guide an internal team or become the foundation for a GCG build.
What gets clarified
- Who the first product is really for.
- Which workflow deserves the most attention.
- What AI should and should not do.
- What technical debt is strategic versus distracting.
- How to measure progress after launch.
